Steph Nicolson is the founder and director of Books & Balance Ltd. With many years of experience working in finance roles across a variety of industries, Steph has developed a strong understanding of the challenges business owners face when trying to manage their finances alongside running a business. Her background includes roles in finance management as well as running her own retail business, giving her both professional and practical experience of business finances.
Steph is passionate about supporting small and growing businesses and believes that understanding your finances is one of the most powerful tools a business owner can have when making decisions and planning for the future.
